How to deal with ugly indicator lines in NinjaTrader when plots start from zero

Many times we get a situation where we want to plot some lines on the chart. Sometimes these lines need to come on and off and when they would come off their value would be zeroed out or they might become irrelevant such as become n/a.

In order to make the lines go off the chart we simply make them transparent for that period but that won't solve the case and your lines will look like this:

That is if you created your lines like this:

But if you were to create your lines like this:

The plots would actually look very smooth:
