Infinite Scaling In/Out Strategy Framework Description
Infinite Scaling In/Out Strategy Framework is a scale in/out order management course for NinjaTrader 8. Scaling in and out is always a big challenge in a strategy, because every entry brings its own orders, and you need to know which one just filled and what to do about it. I finally put together a generic framework that controls any number of orders inside a strategy, and this course shows how it works. It's a focused course on order handling, not on finding entries.
What's inside. Six lessons in one section, about an hour of video. Logic Review explains the idea first. Picture it like this: you enter with 1, then again with 2, then again with 3. Now you have three lots of different sizes, each with its own profit targets and stop, and each needs its own handling. Entry Order Management and Main Order Management Section Review walk through the code that keeps your own positions list and controls each order in it. Trail Order Management covers the trail orders. The last two lessons tackle a real problem, the entry order going null on partial fills, and show the solution in debug.
What you'll be able to do. You'll be able to create your own positions list inside a strategy, find which order in that list just got executed, and manage the specific orders of each individual position, from targets and stops to trail orders. You'll also understand why entry orders execute differently on historical data and live, and how to deal with a null entry order on partial fills. And you'll know the framework from the inside, so you can build on the idea.
Who it's for. This is for traders who already code NinjaScript strategies and want more than one entry and one exit, for example adding to a position several times with separate targets for each lot. The lessons are code reviews and a debug session, so some NinjaScript and C# experience helps.
Why it still matters with AI. AI like Claude can write order handling code now, but scaling in and out is where small mistakes hide: a fill you didn't track, or an entry order that's suddenly null. To check, fix and change what AI writes, you need to understand how orders, fills and partial fills behave inside a NinjaTrader strategy, on historical data and live. That's what this course teaches. Everything in the course is coded on screen, step by step. My advice is the same as always: type it yourself as you watch rather than copy it, then use AI like Claude to explain, check or extend what you built. That's how it sticks. Enjoy the course!
