AddonNC-Screener is a native add-on for NinjaTrader 8 that turns your instrument lists into a real screener. Instead of flipping through charts one by one, you pick your watchlists, choose a timeframe, and hit Screen — every symbol is checked against every active screen in seconds, right inside your platform. No exports, no third-party websites, no separate data feed: NC-Screener runs on NinjaTrader's own data engine and works with the market connection you already have.
Out of the box it covers the checks traders actually run every day: close up or down, price above or below a moving average, proximity to the 52-week high or low, inside bars, Alligator alignment, and range conditions. Screens can be toggled on or off per run, and each one is configurable from a single settings window — set your own MA period, proximity percentages, range thresholds and Alligator lengths to match how you trade. Results land in a clean dashboard with per-screen summaries and a fully sortable table, so you go from "what's moving?" to a shortlist in one click.
Data quality is handled for you. Before screening, NC-Screener can check your local history for every symbol, flag anything missing or out of date, and backfill straight from your connected provider — so your results are never built on incomplete bars.
NC-Screener comes in two versions. The subscription gives you the full screener, ready to use, with monthly or yearly billing. The source code version gives you the complete, cleanly structured C# codebase to make your own: add new screens, change the logic, reshape the UI — any way you like.
